Quick & Easy Chowmein

Chow mein is a traditional Chinese dish made with egg noodles and stir-fried veggies. We love adding a protein and our favorite is chicken, but you can try different meat or tofu. This dish is pan-fried so the noodles get a nice crisp to them and then tossed in a yummy sauce. Chow mein is perfect for those nights when you don’t want to dirty too many pans or make a big mess of the kitchen.

Ingredients:

Method:

1. Boil noodles with salt & oil. Drain noodles & set water aside.
2. Heat oil, add masala, chicken & spices. Stir fry.
3. Add peppers and carrots. Cook for about 5-7 minutes. Add Soya, Worcester Sauce & Lemon Juice.
4. Add pre boiled noodles with some leftover water left from boiling the noodles. Just enough until it’s moist.
5. Lastly add in All Joy Spicy Salsa.
6. Stir & set aside. Can add more All Joy Spicy Salsa & your leftover water if not moist enough.
7. Garnish with Spring Onions if you want.
